In 2009, she transitioned to real estate and found her in-depth understanding of light and microclimate is a huge asset in helping clients evaluate properties. In 2016, Kim moved to Seaview, WA, and in 2025 she purchased her own craftsman home in South Bend Washington, where she now specializes in the curation of coastal dream properties, from quaint beach cottages to sprawling rural estates.
