Susan began her Real Estate career in 2002 on a mother/daughter team with her mother Judy. In 2007 Susan’s mother retired from real estate, and it was then that Susan began her career in real estate brokerage management. Susan is an outside the box thinker, superb motivator, and highly skilled trainer. She has successfully launched several real estate offices. With her support, these offices have achieved a high level of success and are highly regarded in the region. Susan’s experience in customer service and strong desire to motivate people to achieve their full potential fueled her decision to move into management. Assisting and coaching agents to achieve or exceed their goals is paramount with Susan.
