I am an Idaho native and I love the Northwest! I grew up in Sun Valley ID and have lived in many different areas of the US including Virginia North Carolina and Pennsylvania. I came to understand the nuances to the different regions and why our area is so special. From working commercial real estate in Pennsylvania to developing land into rural land tracts totaling over 10000 acres and 40 projects in Montana Idaho and Washington to the last 12 years working in commercial private lending specializing in loans on timber commercial real estate and land development tracts. I also understand construction and homes having designed and built my last three homes.
