Before starting his real estate career, Ted Craddock worked in sales and marketing for 20 years-first with an advertising agency and then in publishing and internet marketing. His wife worked as a designer for a local builder, and the work fascinated Ted. Eventually he was drawn to real estate-he specializes in residential and income-investments-because he loves meeting new people and helping them find their homes and achieve their dreams. A graduate of Loyola High School in Los Angeles and Cal State Northridge, Ted has been a South Bay resident for more than 25 years. He is the president of the Redondo Beach Educational Foundation, which raises money for the Redondo school community. In his free time, Ted enjoys play golfing and beach volleyball and spending time with his wife and two kids.
