Gil Poudrier is an Associate Broker for TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. He is an award-winning realtor, earning national and regional awards. Since 2009, Gil has been the top producing agent in the area. He has successfully facilitated multi-million-dollar purchases while minimizing the risks to his clients. Gil has negotiated and closed over $465M in commercial and residential transactions throughout his career. He has lived and worked in the Maryland, Virginia and DC area his entire life and loves to share his knowledge and joys of this area with others. Gil has over 30 years extensive residential and commercial real estate experience, but his heart is in helping individual clients find their next home or investment. He knows the market from top to bottom and provides his clients insightful advice and excellent customer service. But there is more about Gil. He built his own home, owned a hotel, investor in the capital markets and owned his own brokerage firm. He coached baseball and basketball to a generation of kids, who still call him “Coach”. He has two sons and an awesome wife of 34 years. By the way, he also knows his way around a BBQ grill and kitchen. Ask him about his Asian inspired shrimp or his Italian Acquolina Red Sauce.
