Growing up in San Francisco, Edward Bate developed a keen interest in a variety of fields including architecture, art and design. He shared his family’s enthusiasm for properties and the broader real estate business. Edward has been a licensed real estate agent since 1998 and has weathered market fluctuations from the dot-com era all the way to the current buoyant market.
As a successful and seasoned realtor, Edward has extensive expertise guiding clients through the emotional ups and downs of the sales process. During his tenure at an innovative company specializing in the corporate rental market, American Marketing Systems Inc.(AMSI), Edward gained experience dealing with many aspects of the corporate rental world including Property and Leasing Management, and became a relocation specialist along with being a mentor to new agents. Edward was also co-founder of AMSI Interiors which brought him success staging properties for open houses by adding style and value to the listings.
