Josh is a native of Atlanta and has lived in various Metro Atlanta neighborhoods for more than 35 years. Prior to real estate, he graduated from Georgia State University and began his career in the financial services industry where he was successful in helping several sales teams achieve their goals. His ability to build meaningful relationships, listen to clients’ needs and stay in constant communication helps him guide clients to make informed, intelligent decisions while buying or selling. Josh draws on his diverse knowledge of the city to help guide his clients to the perfect home that meets their wants and needs and utilizes his success as both a top individual producer and a sales manager to negotiate the best deals. His goal is simple: use his passion for serving others to make his clients' real estate transaction as seamless, stress-free and memorable as possible. Josh currently resides in Cumming, Georgia with his wife, Melanie, who is also a REALTOR® with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, his twin daughters and his son. Josh is a member of Browns Bridge Church and coaches his children’s soccer and baseball teams. In his spare time, he enjoys maintaining a healthy and fit lifestyle, playing golf and doing renovations and home improvements.
