California native Alexis Valentin has resided in Los Angeles since 1989 and joined Sotheby's International Realty in 2000.
Prior to that, Alexis owned and managed personal training facilities catering to entertainment executives and celebrities. He enjoyed personal relationships with many of these clients for years. After selling his business, LA Health Management, in 1999 and entering the real estate business for his own investment purposes, he began working with many of his prior clients.
These accomplished and successful clients trusted his personal approach, commitment and loyalty. Alexis is aware of and prides himself on the importance of communication, attention to detail and in many instances, the nuances of working successfully with the clients' business managers and attorneys. He is most proud of his referrals and repeat clients as it is the highest compliment one can receive in this business.
Alexis since has sold homes in many areas of Los Angeles focusing mostly in Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, West Hollywood, Brentwood, Venice and Los Feliz. His own personal real estate investment experience including renovating homes for resale has helped him develop a breadth of experience and he understands how to add value to a property when looking to maximize returns. He has experience in doing so not only locally in Los Angeles, but also in New York, Miami Beach, Las Vegas as well as Madrid, Spain and Panama where he has bought, sold and rented property.
Alexis is most proud of his commitment to family, life and friendship. He has resided in the Sunset Square’s historical neighborhood off the Sunset Strip for close to 15 years with his partner of 20 years.
