Cheri is a full time REALTOR who enjoys working with both buyers and sellers, from Annapolis to the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Cheri was born and raised in Annapolis, making her one of the few native Annapolitans left in Annapolis Real Estate. She believes that whether you are buying or selling, you are making an investment decision. Her background as a Financial Advisor and her personal investments in Real Estate (both residential and commercial), have given Cheri a uniquely diverse expertise that will help her find you the right Real Estate investment. Real Estate quickly became not only Cheri’s second career, but her passion as well. Cheri decided to sell her successful Financial Advisor business in 2005 to raise her children Tiffani and Dillon. She would later adopt her daughters Cocobella and Peace from China. Today Cheri lives in St. Michaels with her daughter Cocobella. She loves the beach and boating of any kind, hence her need to live and work by the water. She also enjoys great local music & art, bonfires, movies, reading and of course spending time with family and friends. Her mission statement, inspired by her experiences and love for the work she does, is “I believe in providing sound knowledgeable advice, working hard for my clients while eliminating client stress, and being open, honest, and trustworthy. The inspiration I draw from all of my clients, and the desire I have to help them, encourages me to strive to be the best Realtor I can be."
