With a background in the construction industry, he utilizes his experience to help buyers and sellers navigate the complex list of repairs that may arise during a transaction. Simultaneously, Kevin has honed a discerning eye for architecture and design, and frequently takes an active consultation role in the design process for many of his clients. Kevin is a proud Chicagoan and after graduating with a degree in theatre he worked as a professional actor appearing in many commercials, television shows, and films before pursuing real estate full time. He currently lives close to the beach with his family and their dog, Buddy. Beyond real estate, he enjoys golfing, hiking, and traveling, especially to his family home in Ireland.
