Valeria Kelly is a Broker Associate with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, South Florida’s premier luxury real estate brokerage firm. Prior to joining One Sotheby’s, Valeria was partner and co-founder of Luxury Living Realty, a real estate brokerage firm with a strong emphasis on Fisher Island and premium South Beach markets.
Over 18 years of experience has made Valeria a specialist in luxury residential property in Coral Gables, Brickell, Miami Beach, Coconut Grove and Sunny Isles, including high-end/pre construction condominiums. Numerous referrals and years of repeat business speak for themselves: they’re testaments to Valeria’s success with both local and international clientele.
Priding herself in providing extremely detailed service to sellers, Valeria ensures a seamless transition of property from listing to closing. Buyers are equally cared for, and walked through a comprehensive analysis of their wants and needs—resulting in optimal custom-tailored solutions. In addition, Valeria is uniquely qualified to assist her valued clients in navigating through the buying/selling process: a Miami native, she’s fluent in Spanish, French and Italian. On her spare time, Valeria is a volunteer at the Chapman Partnership, the association that caters to providing shelter and support for the homeless in South Florida. She serves the Womenade Committee, which focuses specifically on homeless women and children. She is also a proud graduate of the prestigious American University in Washington D.C. Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree with a specialty in Marketing. When not working with clients to find their next dream home, Valeria enjoys spending family time with her husband and two daughters.
