Khal is a native of Guyana, South America and grew up in the New York/New Jersey metro area. She earned her undergraduate and master’s degree in finance. She has extensive experience in managing large transactions from mergers, acquisition and integration for Pfizer and Macy’s East to supporting product launches for Bayer, AG as well as facilitating all aspects of a start-up at Tahoe Expedition Academy. Khal brings the same level of detail, service, and results to her real estate business. Whether representing a buyer or a seller, Khal provides know-how, clarity, and keen negotiating skills to every transaction. Khal and her family moved to picturesque Incline Village in 2009. She enjoys the many activities that Tahoe has to offer especially golfing, hiking, pickleball, boating, and hot yoga. Dedicated to giving back to her community and profession, Khal actively serves on multiple nonprofit boards. She held the role of President within the Incline Middle School and Incline High School Boosters Club. Currently, she serves as Treasurer for the Incline Village Realtors and contributes her expertise to the Nevada Association of Realtors Finance Committee. Khal’s outgoing personality and honesty is refreshing and pleasant to work with.
