Brian Simmons has been an Atlanta resident since 1995, with homes in Marietta, Vinings, Buckhead, Smyrna and Milton. Before embarking on his real estate career, Brian served as a CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers’s investment management practice, where he worked with many real estate firms. From there, Brian co-founded his own investment firm where he focused on co-investing with individuals and family offices in private companies, commercial real estate, developments and other investment opportunities. Brian credits his experience in the financial services industry for his keen attention to detail and prioritization of client service. His broad appreciation for and knowledge of the various sub-markets throughout the Atlanta area help him to understand and meet the particular needs and objectives of each client he serves. Personally, he has invested in residential real estate for over 20 years and has developed a skillset in understanding how to identify attractive home valuations and how to best maximize the price to sell. Having built two homes himself, Brian also understands the challenges and details of new construction and home renovations. Brian’s unique and comprehensive background makes him the strong advocate clients need to help navigate the complexities and opportunities in buying and selling real estate, be it a long-term family home, an income-producing investment property, a fixer-upper or as a home with a shorter expected holding period. Brian understands that a home purchase is often the largest investment that one makes, and he works with his clients to not only find exactly what they are looking for, but to also help them make wise decisions by understanding the many factors that could positively or negatively influence their purchase. For those selling their homes, Brian’s goal is to help maximize the sales price potential while also working to minimize the time to sell. In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his family - he is married with a son and daughter. He also enjoys the outdoors and is an avid skier.
