She cultivated her core values and profound connection to her home on the Monterey Peninsula while attending local public schools and working her way through a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science from CSU Monterey Bay. Her educational background seamlessly melded the psychology of business with the art of sales. In 2007, she began her journey at a boutique brokerage in the picturesque enclave of downtown Carmel by the Sea. Upon completion of her undergraduate degree, her next chapter brought her to the Pacific Northwest where she gained invaluable experience working in sales, marketing, and acquisitions for a residential real estate developer in the vibrant cities of Portland and Seattle. After her Oregon/Washington sojourn, Natalie returned to the Central Coast to continue her path in brokerage operations, sales, and transaction coordination with Sotheby’s International Realty. During her seven-year tenure, she demonstrated unwavering dedication to the brand and its mission statement. Natalie's journey most recently involved her role as vice president of a locally owned, multi-generational property management and real estate sales firm. This diverse experience allowed her to gain a deeper understanding of the industry's various facets, further enhancing her expertise. Here, Natalie effectively converted existing business through the management of 65 vacation rentals, directly feeding her sales pipeline. In 2023, she made the heartfelt decision to return home to Sotheby’s International Realty, rekindling the connection with the brand she felt earlier in her career. Hard work and unwavering integrity have been the cornerstones paving each step of her way. This dedication combined with strong negotiation techniques, in-depth knowledge of local nuances and the market, and her genuine desire to do right by her clients have led to her proven track record of honest and fair dealings across the Monterey Peninsula.
