I’ve called Wilmington home my entire life, and my family has been here for generations, passing down a deep knowledge of the coast. I grew up working with my dad on fishing boats, and I’ve spent years living on the water. When it comes to understanding how a waterfront home truly lives, nothing beats firsthand experience. Being well-traveled also gives me a broader perspective on what makes a home not just beautiful, but a joy to live in.
As a licensed broker with Landmark Sotheby’s International Realty and founder of the Design & Build firm Tongue & Groove, I bring decades of luxury homebuilding experience to my clients. Most of the homes I design and build are on or near the water, featuring bulkheads, boat docks, pilings, pools, and outdoor living spaces are second nature to me. I know what works, what lasts, and what looks incredible while still being functional.
In 2020, my company was honored as NAHB Custom Home Builder of the Year. For me, the real reward is building lasting relationships with my clients and helping them create a lifestyle they’ll love. My promise is simple: never compromise on quality or coolness.
I live in Wrightsville Beach with my family of five, fully immersed in the lifestyle I help my clients find, boating from my own dock, diving into coastal adventures, traveling, and making the most of every day on the water.
