Following nearly ten years in private practice with a top-tier Bahamian law firm, first as a real estate attorney then promoted to a partner, Christopher’s professional expertise provides him with a depth of understanding unique to the Bahamian real estate profession. In his successful private practice, Christopher represented resort developers and high-net-worth home buyers and sellers, advising on investment regulatory framework, concessionary tax legislation, financing, land title, immigration and economic residency. As an estate agent, Christopher combines his legal knowledge and stellar negotiation skills with his impeccable track record of placing his clients’ interests first. This, together with his extensive contacts and industry partners which span law, banking, insurance, surveying, construction and real estate support services , offers his clients a comprehensive first point of contact , whether representing a buyer or a seller. In addition to his professional expertise, Christopher brings to his clients his love for architecture, an interest he inherited from his father who moved to The Bahamas with Sir Robert McAlpine Construction in 1959. A native of The Bahamas himself, Christopher lived in England for 15 years, and has travelled extensively throughout the world. In fact, following university, Christopher took part in a leg of an around-the-world yacht race which took him from South Africa to Western Australia, combining his love of the ocean with his passion for visiting far-flung destinations. When he’s not working or traveling, Christopher enjoys being outdoors with his friends and family, taking full advantage of the year-round sunshine in The Bahamas, and island-hopping with his wife and daughter.

Christopher maintains his memberships with The Bar of England and Wales and The Bahamas Bar Association .
