Since launching her real estate career in 2013, Abigail has become a trusted realtor specializing in the Mount Desert Island, Blue Hill, and greater Hancock County regions. Abigail’s local knowledge of the area combined with her attention to client needs, negotiation skills, and marketing tools, make her an excellent partner for buyers and sellers. She works to support her clients through what can often be an emotional and intense experience, guiding them each step of the way to the close of their property acquisition or sale.

When representing buyers in the purchase of their home, summer cottage, or land, she provides professional expertise and seamless transition into the community. Representing sellers, she strives to ensure that goals are exceeded to support next steps.

Originally from Portland, Oregon where she graduated from the Catlin Gabel Day School, Abigail’s family first came to the area as summer residents on MDI in the 1970s. A graduate of Prescott College in Arizona, Abigail and her husband Michael have lived year-round on Mount Desert Island since 2001 where they raised their now two grown children. Their son is pursuing a career in finance at Morgan Stanley in New York City after graduating from Dartmouth College. Their daughter is a Division 1 soccer player at Florida Gulf Coast University.

When not working with clients, Abigail can be found in the outdoors, working in her garden and home studio, or enjoying treasured time with family and friends. Abigail has served as a board member and president of local non-profit organizations and contributes her time to many local organizations.

Abigail is a licensed Associate Broker in Maine and a member of the National Association of Realtors® and Maine Association of Realtors®.
