Grace was born in China and came to the United States in the 1990s to study Computer Science. After earning her bachelor's degree from Oakland University, Grace worked in IT for years. Thanks to that experience, Grace excels in dealing with various cultural backgrounds and communicating in different settings. As an immigrant herself, Grace understands the many challenges a new immigrant may face, and she has accordingly been a strong presence in the local Chinese communities. Grace has considerable knowledge of and strong ties with Seattle neighborhoods and local communities. She hosted a monthly Real Estate talk show on a local Chinese radio station and held volunteering positions in Club 808 and other local Chinese organizations. Grace was one of the first realtors from Seattle to attend the LPS (Luxury Property Showcase) in China and was a trailblazer in introducing Seattle properties to the Chinese market. In return, she has access to the most influential buyers in all of China.
