As a dedicated and experienced broker since 2013, Josie has taken her business to the highest level with her concern for continuing education. She became a Certified Negotiations Expert and earned her Resort & Second Property Specialist Certification in 2018. Born in Boulder, CO, Josie praises her parents for the values she believes are an essential part of her professional success. Her parents instilled in her the belief that no matter what career path she chose, she should strive to be the best in that field. Josie’s clients consistently praise her dedication and commitment. Josie and her husband moved to the Steamboat/Stagecoach area in 2004 because of their love of the outdoors. On her days off during the winter, she can be seen skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing with her two dogs. In the summer months, she loves hiking, boating, and gardening.
