My story starts in Jamaica, but my journey led me to Jersey City - where I’ve found a home and worked my way to the top of the real estate industry. Over the past 20 years, I’ve completed over 2,000 property transactions totaling $900 million in sales. During that time I’ve worked for billion-dollar Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), first-time home buyers, and everything in between. My expertise includes acquisitions, sales, and property management. My network of lenders, builders, attorneys, and other professionals turn dreams into reality. Clients that expect the highest level of due diligence, and accept nothing less than excellence, will be at peace with me as their Realtor. It's true that real estate can be a stressful business, but my specialty is maximizing value and minimizing anxiety.
