I am also a certified New Home Sales Specialist and I am Residential Construction Certified and have spent over 12 years in the field of new construction representing both home builders and new home buyers. I believe education plays a big part in my personal skills as a Realtor. I was born and raised in North Idaho, but my husband's relocation to Richland, WA had me make the first move I had ever made to a new state. I know firsthand the stress and challenges of relocating a family to a new area. There is no better education than experiencing someone's situation for yourself! Since that move, we are now back home in North Idaho and I am licensed in both Idaho and Washington State.
