Having lived in Tiverton and Little Compton for over 30 years, in addition to growing up in Westport Harbor, gives Liz an in-depth knowledge of the Farm Coast. Her background as a Real Estate Appraiser combined with decades of experience as an agent provides a unique understanding of the area's market. Representing both buyers and sellers, often with repeat transactions, Liz offers her clients exceptional insight, her expansive network and a thorough understanding of negotiating high value transactions. With over $26 million in sales volume this year alone, Liz has represented both buyers and sellers in the highest sales in Westport, Little Compton and Tiverton for the past four years. Currently serving as a Corporator for BayCoast Bank, Liz is well known in the community and previously sat on the Tiverton Planning Board for several years. In her free time, Liz stays active playing squash, enjoys sewing, cooking and spending time with her family.
