Placing the customer first means keeping oneself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to a buyer's or seller's needs.
Stan is originally from Toms River, New Jersey, where he managed a third-generation family business. In 1992, he and his family visited Marco Island for the first time, and crossing the Jolly Bridge took their collective breath away. They left Florida with the goal of moving back to Marco Island as soon as Stan could sell the New Jersey business. Stan understands what his customers mean when they say “they fell in love with Marco when they crossed the bridge” because he did, too.
His 20-year career as a REALTOR® is extensive and not limited to new homes, but includes previously-owned homes, condominiums and empty lots. Stan's joy comes from helping people find their dream property on this beautiful island he now calls home.
Giving back to the community is very important to Stan, and he is heavily involved in many local organizations. He is a past president of The Rotary Club of Marco Island Sunrise; was voted Volunteer of the Year in 2018 by the Chamber of Commerce; along with his wife, Donna, was honored with the prestigious Spirit of Marco Island Award in 2010 by the Noontime Rotary Club; and founded the Marco Island Seafood and Music Festival. Additionally, Stan donates a portion of his commission to local charities.
Consistently a top producer in the Marco Island/Naples real estate market, Stan is a member of the Marco Island Association of REALTORS®, the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, Florida REALTORS®, and the distinguished Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation. He is also a member of the Marco Island Area Chamber of Commerce.
