In 1999, she became a licensed broker in the state of Florida. Her residential sales include Hammock Beach, Ocean Hammock, Grand Haven and Hammock Dunes single-family homes to oceanfront condominiums. Cornelia’s commercial work in the area include land sales for the Cobblestone Village, Lowe’s and Belk, Publix, SunTrust in the Hammock and 6,785 acres from Rayonnier Timber to Palm Coast Holdings, a subsidiary of Minnesota Power & Light.
