Christian is a broker associate in the Breckenridge office of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty. He has lived in New Orleans, Tampa, Atlanta, and Italy. For nearly 20 years, Christian has considered Breckenridge his true home. In 2019, he finally realized his dream of permanently setting full-time roots in Breckenridge. Christian is a successful entrepreneur. He has worked with domestic and international organizations in Italy, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and South Africa developing community programs to address local housing issues and foster sustainability. He has gained practical and crucial knowledge of the law, and honed negotiating skills which make or break deals and dispute resolution though his work with an aggressively expanding law firm where he developed multi-level and multi-media marketing strategies, and client first service strategies. Christian’s expertise and attention to detail is unparalleled and far exceeds brokering a “transaction.” He embraces the responsibility that comes with working with a select clientele which expect excellence and demands keen business acumen. He will tackle the business of maximizing your home’s value, tirelessly searching for a property to meet your family’s unique dreams, draft documents to protect your interests, and negotiate aggressively to meet and exceed your needs. Just recently, he and a client rolled up their sleeves together and painted the interior of his home. While doing so, they developed a marketing plan to address his client’s specific needs. They also shared stories about classic Land Rovers, football, and their outdoor adventures. They established trust and the bond which defines Christian’s relationship with his clients. In his free time, Christian can be found volunteering at the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center (BOEC), where he is helping adaptive skiers enjoy the mountain to the fullest.
