Ryan Walseth (aka Wally) is a licensed realtor with Lakes Sotheby's International Realty.
Ryan has over 15 years of real estate investing, sales (75 properties in the past two years), management, and executing deals throughout Minnesota. More recently, Ryan has participated in syndicate investments in large multi-family properties in Texas.
Prior to real estate, Ryan grew an in-home personal training business into one of the most influential books of clientele in the five-state region. Consistently training 1,000+ hours per year, his clients included business owners, Fortune 500 CEOs, financial investors, and philanthropic influencers…movers and shakers locally, nationally and globally.
Amidst growing and managing his real estate portfolio, Ryan co-founded a tech start-up in 2011, growing and running operations for a team of five employees and seven interns. As a leader, equity fundraiser, coach, and manager of a 30,000+ subscriber database, Ryan earned, what he calls, his “Street Smarts MBA”.
Ryan has been a motivated and creative self-starter in every step of his 20+ year professional career across multiple industries. He believes customer experience, service, and follow-through are vital to his success. His ability to learn, grow, balance, and excel in several verticals simultaneously makes him perfectly equipped to handle the diverse challenges presented in every real estate transaction.
Applying work ethic, incessant continuing education, networking, coach-ability, and a passion for entrepreneurship has him extremely excited about the next great challenging market ahead!
