Jo Ann spent her early years growing up on the rocky coast of Maine and quickly realized that selling waterfront property came naturally. She received her real estate license in 1999 and has lived in the Keys since 2001. Jo Ann has owned and managed several investment properties and has always maintained sales production in the top 10% of sales agents in the State of Florida as well as being recognized by Florida Real Trends 500 on multiple occasions.
As a member of our local Real Estate Board, Marathon and Lower Keys and the Miami MLS, she strives to stay up to date on the new and upcoming issues affecting the local real estate market. Jo Ann has earned the National Association of REALTORS® designation of AHWD (At Home With Diversity) allowing her to interact with international clients. She also holds the E-Pro designation for communication technology. In addition, she is a licensed FAA pilot, PADI certified diver, and Notary Public. She also has served as a Director on the Board for Marathon and Lower Keys Association of REALTORS® for many years.

One of Jo Ann’s favorite things to do is to navigate her clients to view property by Land, Sea, or by Air. If you enjoy diving or fishing, she will share a few of her special spots with you (and maybe even a lobster hole or two!). As a Middle Keys top producing agent for the last 24 years, you can be assured you are in good hands.
