Katie Cimmarusti was born and raised in the heart of Studio City on a leafy tree-lined street and is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University. After college she owned a successful company for 16 years, selling and distributing military aircraft hardware to the Japanese Defense Agency and Australian Airforce. Katie lived in Sydney, Australia for 4 years where she ran the satellite office of her LA-based aircraft company.
A passion for real estate development and design was always in Katie’s heart. Back in the U.S. Katie was the project manager for the development of a 3,800 square foot home in the heart of Palos Verdes. While flipping additional homes, she decided it was time to take her passion for all things real estate to the residential side. She has parlayed that desire into helping her clients search for their perfect home and honed her expertise to help them to see diamonds in the rough.
Katie currently resides in Palos Verdes Estates with her husband and two young sons. Once a competitive swimmer, Katie’s love of the water keeps her close to the beach where on the weekends she can be found riding bikes with her family. If she were to craft a perfect weekend it would involve a game of tennis and cooking a great meal at the end of the day. Best recipe? She prefers to wing it.
