Lindsay Lafferty began her professional real estate career in 2006 as a licensed broker assistant here in Durango. Lindsay assisted in the managing and marketing of listings, as well as, supporting the Broker with their Buyer’s needs. Lindsay also has extensive experience in the title industry; she worked for North American Title Company in Denver for two years and Land Title Guarantee Company in Durango for 5 years. Also working in the Mortgage Department at Alpine Bank allowed Lindsay to gain a good understanding of how the loan process is handled, and worked closely with helping customers’ get loans closed. Lindsay moved to the Durango area in 2004 after graduating from Colorado State University with a degree in Speech Communication. Her husband, Cale, is the Owner of Custom-Built Inc., a successful construction company operating in Durango. Currently, he is focusing on building affordable quality homes in the Edgemont Highlands Subdivision as well as homes in the Animas Valley area. Lindsay enjoys spending time with her three boys Brody, Parker and Carson. Confidently, Lindsay brings her title experience, construction background, mortgage lending, and real estate know-how, to assist buyers or sellers in attaining their ultimate goal.
