A Northern Utah resident for 15 of the last 17 years, Brendan has lived and worked in numerous communities in the area, giving him well-rounded, first-hand knowledge of a variety of neighborhoods. Originally from Rochester, New York, Brendan moved West to pursue a professional skiing career. After plenty of deep Utah powder days and traveling to compete and coach at ski competitions, Brendan moved away to Bend, Oregon for two years where his real estate career took hold. However, the draw of the Wasatch mountains proved too great to resist, and he returned to Utah to set down roots in Park City where he currently resides with his wife Anelise, daughter Hadley, and their Golden Retriever Ruby Moose
