Originally from the Isle of Man in the United Kingdom, Kieran O'Brien worked in a family-run business redeveloping properties and constructing apartment buildings. In 2014, he and his wife, Lauren, moved to the United States, founding a property management company in the greater Orlando area that serviced customers across the globe.
Seeing firsthand how well the Orlando vacation-home market performs for overseas owners, Kieran branched out and obtained his Florida REALTOR® license. He is proud to represent the Winter Park office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty as a sales associate, assisting buyers and sellers out of state, as well as out-of-country customers, in finding their perfect second home or income-producing vacation property.
With hands-on knowledge of the Florida vacation rental market through his property management company, Kieran is able to provide his customers with valuable insight into the best-performing resorts, neighborhoods and homes. Marrying his expertise in property management with his experience as a REALTOR®, he can also offer his sellers great exposure with their listings to the thousands of visitors his company sees every year. Kieran prides himself on being honest, transparent and a trustworthy representative for his overseas customers.
Kieran is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association. He currently resides in Davenport with his wife and their black Labrador, Leroy. A lover of both food and animals, if Kieran is not at the dog park or beach, he and Lauren can usually be found trying as many different restaurants as possible in the great area they've adopted as their new home.
