Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Linda Dooley has called Sarasota home since 1962. She brings 28 years of extensive real estate expertise and a strong foundation in banking, where she spent 25 years as an area manager overseeing 13 branches across Naples, Fort Myers, Sarasota and Tampa. In 1999, Linda and her husband, Dwight, became brokers and owners of their own firm, where they quickly earned a reputation for excellence, listing and selling more homes in Laurel Oak Estates than any other advisors. Known for her personal approach, Linda believes in going above and beyond, whether that means welcoming customers at the airport, checking on their homes while they're away, offering trusted vendor referrals or providing guidance on new construction. Her goal is to ensure every transaction is smooth, stress-free and rewarding. What sets Linda apart is her deep knowledge of Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch and Bradenton, paired with her sincere interest in people. She treats each customer like a neighbor, believing in "neighbors helping neighbors," which has earned her long-standing loyalty and referrals from those she has served. She is an active member and past board member of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee, where she also served on the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees. Committed to professional growth, she is an Accredited Buyer's Representative® (ABR), a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) and a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI). She also holds certifications, including Transnational Referral, At Home With Diversity, e-PRO and Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS). For the past 20 years, Linda has been honored with the Five Star Award: Best in Client Satisfaction by Sarasota Magazine. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she has also served on the Board of Directors for Vanderbilt Beach & Harbour Club in Naples and on the membership committee at Laurel Oak Country Club. In addition to her passion for real estate, Linda enjoys traveling, golfing, swimming, the beach, walking, bike riding, reading and cruising. She and Dwight, her husband since 1977, are the proud parents of three daughters and grandparents to nine. Their daughter, Ashley (Dooley) DePappa, carries on the family legacy as a global real estate advisor with Premier Sotheby's International Realty's South Tampa office.
