Hospitality, event planning and property management have long been my focus. A property in Nice, France launched me into the young industry of vacation rentals. This led to my own now well established business, Belmare Properties, providing superior, full-service administration of short and long-term rentals here in the Upper Valley and in the south of France.
Balancing the needs of property owners, maintaining booked and leased rentals while providing a 5-star experience for guests and tenants has yielded me recognition as a Premier Partner with HomeAway and Superhost status with Airbnb. Property sales was the natural next step.
I am a proud, longtime resident of Vermont, having raised three children in Thetford. Personal interests include all-season outdoor activities in which this area abounds, watercolor painting, and spending time in France with my family.
