Originally from Sweden, Helena Nordstrom moved to Sarasota in 2001 with her husband, Per, and their three children. They have been residing in Osprey since 2003.
She and her husband have been involved in real estate transactions since the mid 1980's, both as investors and as developers. Together they form an energetic team – TEAM NORDSTROM – dedicated to their client´s satisfaction through professionalism and care.
Helena graduated from Stockholm University Business School and possesses an extensive business background in banking, accounting, and finance, marketing and sales.
Helena and Per Nordstrom are specializing in international residential real estate transactions. They bring local knowledge with a global perspective to the transaction, are specially educated and trained as CIPS & TRC´s to handle international real estate transactions and to deal with and overcome cultural and language barriers.
