Sandra has been a licensed REALTOR® in Florida since 1999. In recent years she was an integral part of a Real Estate group in Sarasota which was ranked within the top twenty five in the country by The Wall Street Journal for number of units sold. Formerly an Executive Vice President in Mortgage Banking, Sandra possesses the blended quality of these overlapping industries, and is creative and enthusiastic.
Greatly inspired by her family's interest in custom home building, sales, and design, she obtained a Real Estate sales license after graduating from The State University of New York, University at Albany Sandra worked on Wall Street as a Fed Funds trainee and in the French Arbitrage markets, lived and studied in Paris, France; later attended Marymount Manhattan College, received her New York State Real Estate Broker's License in 1986 and Mortgage Broker's License. Sandra worked as a REALTOR® in a Manhattan-Palm Beach affiliated boutique Real Estate office in New York City specializing in Upper East Side brownstones, and Fifth Avenue luxury high rise residences before relocating to Florida. Her international travels, urban upbringing, and corporate culture are synonymous with the outstanding level of service that she is capable of providing.
