Brad has over a decade of profitable sales experience in both ebb and flow markets and has secured more than $900 million in waterfront property sales, including the highest sale ever in Anne Arundel County at $12 million. Brad’s experience and subsequent service is multifaceted, for along with exclusive access to Sotheby’s highly-qualified global clientele, Brad also utilizes a vast list of local trade contacts and resources to guide clients in preparing their home for sale.
