Peggy grew up in Queens, New York before moving to Venice, Florida in 1989. After 19 years in the healthcare industry, Peggy focused her commitment, compassion and enthusiasm on assisting home buyers and sellers in and around Venice. Working with the Venice area hospital for many years, Peggy cultivated a strong customer-focused approach and a deep connection to the local community. Fluent in Spanish, Peggy is able to expertly assist customers from many different regions and believes communication to be a key component of a successful real estate experience. With one daughter in college and two daughters attending local Venice schools, Peggy's first-hand experience of family life in the area gives her customers an excellent advantage as they navigate the area's wide array of communities.

Real estate is front and center in the Olson household; Peggy's husband Dan has also been a REALTORÂ® in the Venice community for many years. In her spare time, Peggy is an avid photographer, finding great inspiration in beautiful Florida sunsets and wildlife.
