2004-2015 | Early Days After graduating from Hope College in 2004, Brad Brondyke moved to Chicago to begin his career in real estate. His first 18 months in real estate was spent at a large brokerage learning the ins and out of the business and by 2006 he was recruited to work for one of Chicago’s most active real estate developers where he spent a decade selling new construction condos in the South Loop, Loop and River North, primarily. In this position, he was actively involved in every aspect of the development lifecycle and became a valuable resource to developers from the early stages of project planning to final sellout. It wasn’t long before he led sales efforts at all of their developments, selling 1,000s of new construction condos and townhomes in Chicago. His success in this role earned Brad a lot of respect in the industry as one of the leading new development brokers in Chicago. 2016 – 2019 | Caribbean Life In 2016, when the downtown market began to shift more heavily toward new apartment buildings instead of condos, Brad accepted a position as the Sales & Marketing Director for a large, multi-decade development in the Turks & Caicos Islands. He moved his family from Chicago to the islands to launch sales efforts there and traded his daily commute along Lake Shore Drive for a daily Cessna flight with arguably better views. The launch of a brand new, 5-star resort and surrounding real estate program was accompanied by a lot of work but the experience was incredibly rewarding, and Brad loved the challenge. Surrounding himself with some of the best hospitality staff in the industry changed the way he viewed his role in sales & marketing and he began implementing this service-forward approach to his daily role as Sales & Marketing Director. 2019 - Present Day | Chicago Since his return to Chicago in 2019, Brad has been hired to represent some of the most luxury new developments in the city including One Bennett Park, developed by the world class team at Related and designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and One Chicago, the city’s newest and most luxurious new development by JDL in the prime River North / Gold Coast location. He has also received his Managing Broker’s License in Illinois and real estate license in Indiana. Brad continues to be one of the top performing real estate brokers in Chicago and loves helping buyers, sellers, renters, investors and developers every single day! He strives to be the top real estate broker in Chicago by giving all of his clients the first-class real estate experience they deserve. But enough about him!
