With experience in marketing, property investment and professional athletics, Kevin Stanley's diverse background served as the perfect primer for his career as a real estate agent with the Venice office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty.
Originally from Huntington Beach, California, Kevin played professional baseball with the Kansas City Royals minor league organization upon graduating high school. This experience taught him the importance of effectively working with others in a team environment. After relocating to Venice, Florida in 1995, Kevin started a small marketing company that sold advertising specialties to small businesses and individuals. Many of his customers included real estate professionals and entrepreneurs who needed items to promote their company, event and/or self. The role allowed Kevin to learn how to address the unique needs of his customers while enhancing his negotiating skills. You can rest assured that whether you are buying or selling, he will negotiate the best deal for you.
Kevin strongly believes that integrity, ethics and communication are the foundation of any relationship and are absolutely essential throughout every transaction. During his career, Kevin has gained a wealth of knowledge in the communities in which he specializes: Venice, Nokomis, Osprey and Sarasota.
In his spare time, Kevin enjoys sports, fishing, being outdoors and spending time with his family.
