Cory Mayo prides himself on his “client first” focus which has allowed him to excel throughout his professional career. His background in sales and marketing, as well as enthusiasm for customer service, is what led him to the real estate industry.
Cory is a native of the Philadelphia suburbs, the small town of Swarthmore. He attended Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology and was awarded high honors throughout his schooling.
Before becoming a realtor, Cory was the director of marketing for a regional builder in Coastal Delaware. Because of this experience, he has a vast knowledge of new construction, helping his clients navigate the process of building with ease and confidence.
Some of Cory’s other passions include cycling, fishing, jeeping, and spending time at the beach. He has a true love for the area, which is what brought him here. A family man, Cory also enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters.
Since 2014, Cory has been Captain for Team NPC, a cycling team with the mission to find a cure for Niemann Pick Type C, a rare terminal genetic disease. His team collectively has raised $600,000, which has funded more than 12 clinical studies.
