Dawn obtained her Idaho real estate license originally in 2006 and represented buyers and sellers in the Wood River Valley until she left for Denver Colorado in 2013. By the end of 2013, Dawn had obtained her Colorado Broker’s license and transacted many deals during her five years there. In 2018 She returned to the Wood River Valley to seek the lifestyle & friends she missed so much and to pursue her real estate career.
