Having grown up in a Real Estate family, Stephen’s been exposed to the inner workings for the real estate industry his entire life.
Stephen focuses on both residential and commercial real estate throughout the GTA and Ontario; with long term goals surrounding sustainable development projects in both urban and rural landscapes.
In his personal time, Stephen is passionate about all things sustainable; founding SustainableJoes in 2013, he has lived off grid, zero waste, cycled across the continent, produced a documentary, delivered keynotes, and has worked with global thought leaders including: Dan Ariely, (NYT Bestselling Author), William Derrough-Salas (Treasure - Democratic National Committee) and Dr. Eugenie Birch (Nussdorff Professor of Urban Research, U. Penn & President - General Assembly of Partners, United Nations)
Stephen also graduated with Honours from the University of Central Florida, BSBA. Finance and likes coffee!
