Her grandfather was a Swiss-Italian immigrant and builder-contractor who helped develop the Marina/Cow Hollow District. Marla trained under her uncle from an early age, learning the ropes of real estate investment, leasing, and management.
Marla truly loves her job. She bought her first home when she was 25 years old and has been investing in San Francisco real estate ever since. Today, Marla is consistently recognized as one of the top-producing agents in the city. She successfully represents buyers, sellers, investors and developers in San Francisco and Marin counties in the sale of T.I.C.’s, condominiums, single-family homes, multi-unit apartments and mixed-used buildings.
Marla is extremely full-service. She has a team of experienced architects, designers, stagers and technicians whom she works with on a day to day basis. When not selling properties, you can find Marla exercising, trying new restaurants, wine tasting, enjoying the theater and spending quality time with her dogs, Bichon Frises named Calvin and Lulu. An avid ultra-runner, Marla successfully completed Western States, a 100-mile endurance run — in one-day! Marla graduated with a double major from the University of California, Davis and she currently resides in a set of flats in Cow Hollow.
