Born and raised in Berkshire County, Cody returned to the area after earning a degree in Economics at the University of Massachusetts. Upon his return, Cody supported the renovation of a new restaurant that he went on to open and manage. As a dedicated leader with a strong business acumen, the restaurant thrived and Cody created invaluable relationships.
In the following years, Cody's entrepreneurial aspirations grew, and he sought new ventures outside of the restaurant industry. Along with his wife and fellow Sotheby's agent, the two purchased and restored a foreclosed, lakefront property in Lee. Now a top-rated hotel in the Berkshires, The LakeHouse Inn is an intimate boutique getaway for guests who visit from across the world.
A deep appreciation of the Berkshires coupled with a passion for renovation and design led Cody to an interest in real estate.
