Born and raised in Berkeley, Stefan has a unique and comprehensive understanding of the East Bay market. He brings sensitivity and diligence to each of his transactions, and to all of his relationships with clients.
Raised in a family of contractors and real estate developers, Stefan has extensive hands on experience in every phase of residential construction and a keen eye for design. He learned from a young age about the potential of investment properties, and brings valuable personal experience to his clients' transactions. He is the owner of multiple investment properties, and has extensive knowledge and over eight years of experience with property management.
Stefan received his BA in English from the University of California, Santa Barbara. When he returned to Berkeley, he pursued a career in real estate, devoting himself to learning extensively about home building, and the real estate process. Stefan spent five years doing top-to-bottom high-end renovations on homes in Berkeley, Oakland, and Piedmont. Stefan is a Green designated Realtor and uses green practices in his business whenever possible.
Stefan is devoted to making the purchase process as seamless as possible for his clients. He has the vision and experience to guide sellers through the many decisions involved in getting the best return on a sale. He approaches each new transaction with conscientiousness and continued energy.
Stefan lives in North Oakland with his wife, two children, and Cocker Spaniel. They enjoy exploring local hiking trails and parks, gardening, mushroom hunting, cooking and trying new East Bay restaurants.
