Hi, I'm Mitzi. I am a seventh-generation native of Georgia and an enthusiastic devotee of real estate. For as long as I can remember, 'home' has been a source of immense joy, inspiration and fascination. My delight in real estate inspired me to launch a career and develop an extensive background in the construction industry, and for more than 35 years, I have acquired experience in design, service, development and remodeling. From childhood "shoebox Barbie homes" to a professional career creating expertly renovated residences that incorporate modern features with historical architectural design accents, I have always enjoyed investments in real estate and delight in finding unique properties and emerging opportunities. As you can imagine, I've moved more than a few times thanks to my love for unique homes, building expertise and desire to capitalize on real estate investment opportunities. Through personal experiences, I have learned that every home provides shelter, a place to gather and a personal framework or canvas for the expression of life. I find immense joy in creating opportunities and laying a foundation for others to find this same satisfaction in their home. My vision is to use my dynamic and varied background, business education, solid building expertise and market knowledge to serve you. I live just off the Marietta Square in a newly constructed townhome (complete with the new construction smell, warranty and an elevator!) with my husband, Richard, and our sweet dog, Sonnet. Close by are friends and family, including two grown, married children with terrific spouses and one super fun six-month-old grandson. You can find us walking around the Marietta Square on a sunny day or enjoying our rental properties on Saint Simons Island.
