A native of Clearwater, Kevin has nearly 20 years of experience working in the Florida real estate market. Having lived his entire life in the Tampa Bay area, he has seen the community's growth firsthand and is very familiar with the local neighborhoods, beaches and developments. As a sales associate with the St. Petersburg office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Kevin is dedicated to helping his customers find the perfect home, from the beach to the bay, for their family and friends to enjoy in this beautiful community.
Previously, Kevin was an office manager and administrator for a local law firm. Managing the staff, hiring paralegals and setting up offices for incoming attorneys allowed him to hone his multitasking and negotiating skills. In 2002, Kevin became a licensed Florida REALTOR®. His experience as a real estate professional includes working with new buyers and investors, finding buildable properties for construction companies, and being on-site during several conversion projects. Kevin's worked closely with a local Tampa builder selling homes in both Hillsborough and Pinellas counties, and has sold properties ranging from small investment properties to multimillion-dollar luxury homes, condominiums to multifamily dwellings.
Kevin is a member of the Pinellas REALTOR® Organization. He currently resides in St. Petersburg where he enjoys spending time with his family and pet boxers, as well as taking in the local arts scene.
