Sharon Meier has been a Florida resident since she was two months old. You can say she knows the entire area like the back of her hand. Prior to her career in real estate, she spent 35 years working in the beauty industry as a designer, salon owner and salon general manager for the Orlando Magic and shareholder in Summit Salon Business Center. As an owner of Summit, she recruited and coached her own team of 15 consultants and built solid relationships with over 500 salon owners, employees, and technicians. Sharon was responsible for business development on the West Coast of the United States.
As a lifelong local growing up on Longboat Key, Sharon was surrounded by real estate because her father was a residential developer who built among other projects, Shadybrook Village, which was once recognized in Architectural Digest and her mother, a real estate broker associate. Because she’s been immersed in the industry all her life, real estate was a natural choice as a second career. She is proud to be aligned with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, which operates 40 offices on the west coast of Florida and in North Carolina, along with being a member of The Netzel Team. Sharon is dedicated in assisting with the buying and selling of fine properties located in and around the waterways of Manatee and Sarasota County.
With a deep appreciation for coastal living, she’s committed to delivering the highest quality experience when transacting properties and fosters continued relationships through honesty, integrity and market knowledge. Her experience guides her precise approach through the sales negotiation process, and this ensures the sales process is smooth and efficient. She’s also committed to enrolling in ongoing education in order to better serve her customers.
Outside of real estate, Sharon is a certified life coach and yoga instructor and practices physical, mental and spiritual wellness. She also enjoys fashion, boating, fishing, triathlons, professional sports, traveling and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
