Description
Kristin brings a high level of business, organizational, and financial management skills to the practice of real estate. Originally the business manager for her family’s gymnastics training school and daycare facility, she began her financial career with Bank of America 2006. Working in the various departments of lending, collections and proactive risk management, she became well versed in the many facets of corporate banking.
Kristin began her real estate career in 2014 as the office administrator for Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty at the Camden location. With a strong background in the daily operations including advertising, marketing and real estate protocol it was a natural transition for her to become a licensed agent.
Kristin was born and raised in Camden, Maine and grew up enjoying the many opportunities that Maine offers. She currently lives in Lincolnville with her husband Nick and their black Labrador Gunnar. In true Maine tradition, Nick and Kristin own and operate a successful lobster boat, exemplifying hard work and a strong drive towards success. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the couple’s camp in Rangeley, skiing, hiking, fishing and being on the water, and travels extensively throughout the state for these activities.
Kristin is a member of the Mid-Coast Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She works with both buyers and sellers to achieve their homeownership dreams in the mid-coast area of Maine and beyond.
