Andie Fusco is a top-performing real estate professional with deep roots in Southern Vermont and a passion for the mountain lifestyle. A former alpine ski racer turned coach, Andie grew up racing at Stratton and now channels that same drive and dedication into helping clients navigate the real estate market.
She serves as a State Director for the South Central Vermont Board of Realtors® and chairs the Vermont Association of Realtors® Member Engagement Committee. Committed to being a good neighbor, Andie is deeply involved in her community—volunteering as a board member for the Winhall Community Arts Center, serving as secretary of both the Stratton Ski & Board Club and the Beach Point Recreational Housing Cooperative Association, and holding a five-year term as Cemetery Commissioner for the Town of Londonderry, VT.
Andie has received numerous accolades, including Vermont Business Magazine’s 40 Under 40 Rising Star, the Shires Young Woman in Leadership Award, and was honored as both Realtor® of the Year and Good Neighbor by the South Central Vermont Board of Realtors®. She holds certifications as a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist, e-PRO, and At Home With Diversity, and is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance.

Andie splits her time between Londonderry and Wilmington with her partner, Jake, and their two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, snowmobiling, lake days on Lake Whitingham, and raising fluffy chickens.
